I love this time of year, but I never know what to wear. Wool blazer with bare legs? Tights with a short sleeve dress? So many options and I never feel like any of them are right - but then I step outside and everything is alright. However, then I have to change up my routine and pack for a weekend trip to Memphis where it is still 80 outside but a chilly 50 degrees inside the hotel holding our conference. It’s a lose lose - but at least I have a sweater.

I really enjoyed the variety of different textures of this outfit, as well as the color palette of mauve and different browns. This could easily translate into later fall and winter with a pair of tights and a comfy scarf. (Or even a blue silk one from Jess LC like Rose a la Mode and Jill are giving away in their Luxe Lotto!) I also like the sleeves of this blazer turned up - I had never thought to do that before.
